Return & Refund Eligibility

We Accept Returns In The Following Cases
  • Damaged or defective products received
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product not matching the description
  • Tampered or opened packaging at the time of delivery
  • Expired products (we ensure a minimum 6-month shelf life on all items)
Return Window

All return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items
  • Products with opened/broken seals (unless defective)
  • Products used or consumed partially
  • Return requests raised after 7 days of delivery

Step 2: Provide Details
  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Reason for return
  • Photos/videos of the issue (unboxing video in case of damage/tampering)
Step 3: Return Approval

Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and provide instructions for return.

Step 4: Ship the Product

Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided by our support team.

Refund Process

Once We Receive Your Return
  • Our quality team will inspect the returned product within 2–3 business days
  • If approved, the refund will be initiated immediately
  • Refund will be processed to the original payment method
Refund Timeline

Online Payments (UPI/Card/Wallet): 5–7 business days

Cash on Delivery (COD): Bank transfer within 7–10 business days (customer must share bank details)

Replacement Option

For damaged or defective items, we offer a free replacement instead of a refund. Replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.

Shipping Charges for Returns

Our Fault (Damaged/Wrong/Defective)

We bear the return shipping cost. A prepaid return label will be provided.

Customer Change of Mind

Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.

Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch without any charge. Please contact us immediately through WhatsApp or phone.

After Dispatch

Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible. However, you may refuse delivery and initiate a return after receiving the package.
